When you book a session or work with us, you agree to these terms. Our coaching is for your personal use to help you learn about investing. All our prices are listed clearly on our website. When you book a session or a coaching pack, payment is due upfront or as agreed in writing. We accept payments through secure online methods. If you have any problems with payment, please get in touch straight away so we can sort it out.Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand. If you give us less notice, we might not be able to offer a refund or reschedule that session. For coaching packs, unused sessions expire after the agreed period (e.g., 3 or 6 months as per your plan).Our Role: Coaching, Not Financial Advice
It's important to be clear: we are coaches. We teach you how to understand property and the stock market. We give you tools and knowledge so you can make your own decisions. We do not provide specific financial advice, recommend particular investments, or act as regulated financial advisors.
